At the first impact, it is immediately imposing, refined and intense, fruity and spicy. The palate is rounded with notes of black currant, cherry and cocoa. A wine for great moments.

Served by 16-18 °C it is considered to accompany grilled beef, game dishes, lamb dishes and well structured cheese.
