This wine is combined with the typical aroma of wild
berries, that shows a red wine made from the variety
Aglianico, and the freshness of a white wine, obtained
from the cold fermentation in stainless steel vats.
The nose is fruity with hints of cherries and the palate
is flavourful and pleasant.
Served by 8-10 °C this wine is designed to accompany
summer evenings. Excellent as aperitif with fingerfood.
Also excellent with seafood, shellfish and grilled fish.
Also to try with the Buffalo Mozzarella.
