Cellar  
 
The estate’s philosophy is always orientated on a continual progress in the vineyards and in the cellar, without losing sight of the family’s traditions guaranteeing a high quality product with its own personality. But the Family knows that for making a good wine the best soil and the best grapes are not enough. For making a great wine it needs to have also a modern and equipped cellar. Today the old cellar in the famous rock is equipped with the best of the technology advanced: High grade steel tanks with the cooling-system guaranties a controlled fermentation of the wines, the bottling room with an advanced bottling machine, but the part of the aging of the red wines is traditional in the rock with French and Slovenian oak barrels. Today we produce seven type of wines, four white wines: TERRADEI ISCHIA BIANCO DOC, BIANCOLELLA DOC, PITHECUSA BIANCO IGT EPOMEO and VIGNA DEI PRETI, two red wines: PITHECUSA ROSSO IGT EPOMEO and PIGNANERA IGT EPOMEO and one rosé wine: ROSAMONTI. The annual production is approximately 70.000 bottles, which are sold throughout Italy and almost abroad in Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.
