The winemaking in terracotta according to Tommasone…
Our philosophy of work has always combined the innovation to the tradition, letting them walk together.
So, we have decided to dedicate a special batch of vines, to the winemaking and refinement in amphorae of 400 lt and then to preserve them in small jars of 1 lt, with an extremely limited edition of just 125 pieces.
The jars used in vinification as well as the small amphora that you, dear Customer, are contemplating at this moment, are entirely handmade in Italy.

Ischia Per’e Palummo DOC
Grapes: Piedirosso 85% – Cabernet Sauvignon 15%.
The grapes which give life to this wine are grown in Sant’Angelo, in the Monte Zunta area at 450 meters asl by heroic viticulture.
Fermentation and a refinement for 18 months in 400 lt. terracotta amphorae.
Limited edition of only 125 pieces.
