The Monti family is tied to the Ischia viticulture for over 250 years and Tommasone Winery is born from a tradition that has been handed down from father to son.
The vineyard is our history and future and, every day, we take care of it with devotion, respect and passion. Conscious of the numberless therapeutic benefits of the grape, in 2019, the two sisters Barbara and Lucia Monti have added to the production of wine a cosmetic line resulted from a comprehensive scientific research.
With the brand Tommasone Cosmetics we propose a series of beauty products for the face made from certified organic grapes.

THE BENEFITS OF GRAPES IN COSMETIC CARE PRODUCTS
The whole grapefruit and plant contains a precious gem, a concentrate of active substances particularly suitable for cosmetic formulations. In detail:
- Pool of vitamins that regulate metabolism and are necessary for the development and maintenance of skin integrity
- Powerful mix of mineral salts, capable of delaying aging and protecting the skin from external aggression
- Sugars, good for improving nutrition and cell turnover
- Tannins, with antiseptic, vasoconstricting and astringent function
- Polyphenols, antioxidants which protect the skin from external aggression and damage caused by free radicals, the cause of 80% of skin aging
- Resveratrol, a polyphenol found in an appreciable percentage in grapes. It works on two fronts: on the one side it prevents the formation of free radicals and on the other it blocks the action of those already present in the skin cells and neutralizes them, stopping them from damaging the skin.
