80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso, Extremely pleasant wine due to its crispness. The nose is very fruity, refreshing with notes of wild strawberry, blueberry, and white flowers. To the palate is confirmed by its crispness, it is smooth and velvety, moderately acid and fruity.
A very pleasing wine, summery, with wide pairing options. Excellent as aperitif with small appetizers, paired with crudités of shellfish and delicate fishes, also ideal with pizza or buffalo mozzarella.

- Harvest: manual, in mid-September, in 20kg crates
- Vinification and aging: Destemming-crushing, followed by the
decantation of the free-run must by natural sedimentation at low temperature. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (12°C) in refrigerated stainless steel silos and subsequent aging, for several months on the noble lees with frequent “battonage”. The use of sulfur dioxide is minimal and regulated until bottling. - Color: Bright Soft Pink

My label contains shapes and colors that refer to the island of Ischia and wine production. The blue of the thermal waters and the sea mixes with rounded or even elongated shapes that take up, in a stylized way, the grapes. The white strokes and connecting elements are inspired by shoots and shoots.
